RULH Schools Are Closed!

In keeping with the order of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, RULH Schools are closed through Sunday, May 3, due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

Extracurricular and co-curricular activities at RULH are also canceled, and all indoor and outdoor athletic facilities (i.e. basketball courts, playgrounds, etc.) are closed through Sunday, May 3.

The letter below is from RULH Superintendent Jamie Wilkins in regards to updated safety and contingency plans for RULH Schools regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

 
As phase 2 Emergency Learning Packets are made available, they will be posted on each building's page under the Emergency Learning dropdown menu near the top of the district website. Those materials may also be accessed by clicking on the appropriate building below.
 
RULH Staff Drive By
We are missing our students terribly!
In hopes of seeing those smiling faces, the staff of RULH is planning a parade through the district on Saturday, April 4, at 2 p.m. The staff parade will begin at RULH Middle School and travel through Aberdeen and Ripley before concluding in HIgginsport. View the parade route here.
 
The staff is excited to see as many students and their families as they can while on the parade route, but want to remind you to please continue to practice social distancing. While enjoying the parade, do not gather in groups.

Food Distribution Continues
RULH Schools is continuing to offer food distribution to any children age 18 and younger during the mandatory school closure. If you would like food packages prepared for your children, please contact Kim Myers at (937) 392-1527. Dates for food distribution are Tuesday, April 7; Monday, April 20; and Monday, April 27. Pick-up locations are at the Higginsport Fire Department, RULH Elementary School (back door/cafeteria), and the Aberdeen Community Center. Pickup may occur on the days indicated from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. 
Tech Help
For issues with RULH Chromebooks, students or parents can send a message directly to techhelp@rulh.us. When sending a message, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue. If Chromebook issues cannot be resolved in discussion with Tech Help, it may be necessary to bring the device to one of the RULH school buildings for repair or replacement.
